Star Jones Files for Divorce

Feeling jealous of all the attention that the other celebrities are getting for filing for divorce, Star Jones has decided to get in on the action. The former host of “The View” filed for divorce from Al Reynolds back on March 26. Star and Al were married in 2004.

So where is Star while all the news is breaking about her? Well… She got out of town as quickly as possible. Actually, out of the country. And what about Big Al? Oddly enough he can not be found at all.

You might be asking, “What does Star have to say about her recent divorce filing?” Here is her statement that she released to Entertainment Tonight: “Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. A month ago I filed for divorce. The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone’s life that requires privacy with one’s thoughts. I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman.”
