Britney Spears Christmas Child Visitation Schedule

Yesterday Britney Spears and Kevin Federline got together with their teams of high-dollar divorce attorneys and hammered out a child visitation schedule for both Preston and Jayden. As it turns out, the famous divorcees will split time with the children over christmas this year, ensuring that both the kids will have a happy and normal time with two completely unfit parents.

K-Fed’s divorce lawyer noted, “There was a proposal by Kevin that the holidays be shared in a certain fashion. That was agreed to. That’s the best for everyone involved. [Federline] was pleased it was accomplished without really submitting it to the court.”

Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed’s divorce lawyer, wouldn’t get specific on the time split for Christmas morning, but did mention that the child visitation schedule would be what is best for the children.

Kaplan then added, “It’s important for the kids to spend time with each of the parents – especially on special days,” said Kaplan. “And that is Kevin’s desire.”
